Meeting Minutes – TWG Interim Meeting September 26, 2002

HUC REVIEW

The meeting began at 10:00 a.m., MST. 

Huc 17060201 (Upper Salmon) -   Two justifications will be written by Valdon.  They are 1) Stanley Creek 6^th in the Valley Creek 5^th and 2) Beaver Creek 6^th in the Upper Headwaters of 1706020101.  Prior changes (two breaks were identified at major confluences and a small change was made in 1706020111) were reviewed and approved by the group.  Betsy will talk to Al Rea about the naming convention for Warm Springs Creek to Salmon River because there are actually TWO Warm Springs Creek(s) in one huc.  The previous minor line changes were all reviewed and approved.  This huc is draft-approved after the justification is received and the name problem is worked out. 

Huc 17060207 (Middle Salmon Chamberlain) – This huc is draft-approved pending one small change – combine 170602070101 with 170602070103 6^th fields. 

Huc 17050201 (Brownlee) – Tim Bliss was unavailable to call-in to the conference or NetMeeting.  The changes were reviewed and sent to Tim via e-mail with a request for his approval.  Draft-approval pending Tim Bliss’s review.

MISCELLANEOUS DISCUSSION

Betsy would like to add the Lemhi huc final review back into the November TWG meeting schedule.  She would also like to add the Lower Middle Fork and Upper Middle Fork hucs for a first review to the schedule.

ACTION ITEMS

Genna Ashley will send Leigh Bailey the Shape2Cover.aml file used to convert a shapefile to cover.
