Christa is GIS. BLM wants to have a hydrologist to assist. Nobody has been assigned since Ervin retired.

Cannot make commitment of future involvement at this time

 Strategies adopted in populating:

Group decided to weight 4th level change as Low, Moderate, High

 General statement on attribution:

Coding and names are completed for the most part statewide. However, names don’t necessarily meet standards; river needs to be at end, don’t have spaces around dashes, don’t use “above” or “below”, don’t use abbreviations.

SLC-NV, OR, WA borders-ID side

Gene Dana

If split work-who does the 4th

One entity for attribution?

 1st priority

Have Steve work on all the 4th level boundaries that have to be edgematched. Come up with cost to complete. WA, OR, NV, UT

Have Karen (Salt Lake City) complete all the internal work for 5th and 6th level with attribution. WA, OR, NV, UT.

Determine commitment of BLM for 7 subbasins they have worked on. Ideally 4th, 5th and 6th level linework, plus attribution.

Steve Garcia bid on BLM 4th level

2nd priority

WY/MT assessment for Genna

3rd priority

Steve Garcia bid for 4th level for rest of state.

Karen will work with Steve on bidding 5th, 6th level and attribution costs per subbasin on internal.

 Other:

Leigh Bailey, USFS-In kind for coordination and concept development. Get assistance from Bruce McCammon and Utah USFS to back her in re-investment of ID USFS to clean up linework to completion

Notes: Karen will get WBD Tools and manual to ID,

Note: Send Steve and Al the jped schedule for the adjacent states.
