Lower Portneuf Area — Water Disctrict 29D

Water District 29-D is composed of the Portneuf River and tributary sources between the confluence of Harkness Creek and the Portneuf River near McCammon, Idaho, downstream to the Fort Hall Reservation boundary near Chubbuck, Idaho, including Indian Creek near Inkom, Idaho, excluding Marsh Creek and its tributaries (Water District 29A), and excluding the Fort Hall Reservation and water sources within the Reservation that are administered by the Shoshone-Bannock Tribes pursuant to the "1990 Fort Hall Indian Water Rights Agreement". The district is located within Bannock and Power Counties.
