The Eastern Snake Plain Aquifer Working Group will, in consultation with stakeholders, develop a framework for management of the Eastern Snake Plain Aquifer to Ensure the Long-Term Sustainability of the Surface and Ground Water Supply for all Beneficial Uses in Accordance with the Prior Appropriation Doctrine as Established by Idaho Law.
